Physical Education

Sowilo Community High School has a focus on Physical Education and believe it has a great ability to instill skills and discipline into students. Sowilo offers two sports choices; Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and Sport which comprises of a variety of indoor and outdoor sports changing on a weekly basis.
